Spectra HE™ Ultra system is designed and strategically installed as an addition to an existing operation with the purpose to increased production throughput and/or reduction of energy consumption. The HTI ultrasonic acoustic drying module fits within existing production line footprint.

Replace

Replace existing systems with advanced ultrasonic drying modules Existing drying system is removed and replaced with a custom designed Spectra HE™ Ultra system is designed and installed on the existing frame. It usually takes only part of the footprint of the existing equipment

New Installation

HTI designs, builds, and installs a complete new drying system based on HTI Spectra HE™ Ultra ultrasonic acoustic core technology that meets customer goals. It is the only core heat and mass transfer technology used and will require a significantly smaller footprint.
The new installation will meet the
